Youth Concerto CompetitionOpen to young musicians in Southeast Alaska, the Youth Concerto Competition provides an opportunity for budding talent to demonstrate their skills, with the winners going on to perform with the Juneau Symphony or the Student Symphony.The 2008 Competition will take place on Wednesday, June 4 at 7pm with the following categories: * Junior Instrumental: Age 13 or younger at the time of the competition * Senior Instrumental: Age 14 through junior in high school at time of competition The deadline for applications is May 12, 2008 at 5:00pm.
