Shostakovich Cello Concerto No. 1 featuring Jared Carlson, cello
Verdi I Vespri Siciliani Overture

Prinicpal cellist Jared Carlson pays tribute to Russia's greatest 20th century composer in Shostakovich's evocative cello concerto. Plus Verdi's overture to his patriotic opera and Beethoven's glorious and rousing 2nd symphony.
